Process for Approving Meeting Minutes
The Waconia Hockey Association Board of Directors usually meets the first Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Waconia Ice Arena Meeting Room. These meetings are open to WHA members to attend.
Meeting minutes are taken at the meeting, typically by the Board's secretary, and are approved by the Board members at the following month's meeting.
