Skating Event With Gigi Marvin

Waconia Hockey Association girls had the opportunity to skate and hang out with Olympian Gigi Marvin on Oct. 16. Gigi, a member of the U.S.A. Women's Hockey Team that won the silver medal in Vancouver in February 2010, was also a standout player at the University of Minnesota. She's currently playing hockey for the Minnesota Whitecaps. And for the girls out there who are still wondering, Gigi's first name is Gisèle.
