OPEN for 2023-2024 season 

Growth Coordinator will be responsible for growing our WHA membership, developing connections with new families and the community.  They will acquire and retain youth hockey players 4-8 years old. Foster a welcoming atmosphere and positive experience through all beginner level programs.

• Work with Association leadership on acquisition & retention programs.
• Research and utilize USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey resources
• Connect with other hockey associations in area on potential growth events
• Partner with Treasurer to apply for grants
• Have a presence at community activities
• Communicate with parents to maximize program satisfaction
• Coordinate loaner equipment
• Act as the main contact for potential new families
• Recruit volunteers to assist with growth initiatives
• The G&R Coordinator oversees the New Family Mentor Committee
