Waconia Hockey Association's mission overall is for all players to have FUN while learning and playing the game of hockey.

Season and registration
The Waconia Hockey Association season:
July - Registration opens for upcoming season for all levels.
September -
- Rookie Camps (Mite - Boys and Girls Age 4 - 3rd Grade). FREE
- Tryout Prep Camps - Competitive Levels (4th grade and up)
- Tryouts begin - Competitive Levels.
- Registration deadline usually towards end of month for Competitive Levels.
October -
- Competitive Levels tryouts conclude and teams are formed.
End of Oct/Beginning of November - Mites (Boys and Girls Age 4 - 3rd Grade) practices begin.
Season concludes for all levels around the end of February/beginning of March.
