2022-2023 Raffle Fundraiser Information

Once again we are holding a raffle for our Waconia Hockey Association season fundraiser. This fundraiser is critical in supporting the operations of the WHA - Thank you for your participation. 

Below are details you will need to know!  Tickets will be distributed through team managers starting Dec. 14: 

- We are not creating calendars this year, only a raffle ticket

- Each raffle ticket is $20 (that is $5 less than the calendars and consistent with raffle tickets sold by other local youth sports teams)

- A maximum of 3,500 tickets will be sold. 

- 50 winners and $20,000 in cash prizes. 

- Selling period is Dec. 16, 2022 - Feb. 18, 2023

- Get out there and sell to your friends, family, neighbors, business partners and more! Plus, watch for opportunities to set up at local business to sell on-site. 

-Every player is responsible for selling 10 raffle tickets. Each player must return $200. 

- There are additional raffle tickets available if you'd like to sell more. 

- Prizes for top sellers. More details to be provided in coming weeks. 

All tickets and money must be turned in no later than February 18, 2023. Accepted forms of payment include cash or check written out to WHA. 

  • Return stubs and money (check preferred) to your Team Manager for submission. Your team manager will communicate his/her deadline for turn in to him/her. Your team manager will then turn in for the entire team. 
  • There will also be turn in times scheduled at the Waconia Ice Arena. Watch for more communication via the weekly WHA Update. 

Drawing will be held on February 21, 2023. All winners will be notified by March 1, 2023. We will not be doing monthly notifications.
